Get in touch with us. Contact a co-ordinator responsible for your region. West Poland: Calamita Foundation. East Poland – Map of Passions Foundation. (find out which Foundation is responsible for designing Quests in your region)

What we offer as part of our Co-operation Programme:

1. DRAFTING QUESTS – EXPLORER EXPEDITION SCRIPTS in one of two formats:

  • Expert method – using provided information regarding the proposed theme, scope, content and route, a Quest expert will design a trail description independently, and submit it for your approval.
  • Workshop method – the Quest route will be designed during a workshop attended by any local residents concerned (adults, young people, senior citizens) co-authoring textual and/or graphic content, the trainer fine-tuning any details if required.

2. UPLOADING FINISHED QUESTS to the nationwide www.questy.org.pl website:

The website is a platform for Quests designed by our in-house team and by other organisations, institutions or private individuals, provided that said Quests meet the following CRITERIA:
  • They are rhymed in form (no less than 20 stanzas),
  • They contain information on the location they are a guide to (history, culture, nature, individuals, etc.),
  • They contain riddles, answers to which can be found in the field and are combined to form the final answer required to find a “Treasure”,
  • The “Treasure” (a Treasure Box containing a seal, ink, and Quest Ledger, hidden outdoors or under specific custody – e.g. in a restaurant or hotel) can be found at the end of each route,
  • They have an appointed Custodian responsible for regular route inspection, and caring for the “Treasure”,
  • They support printing in .pdf format (A4 preferred),
  • A map or sketch of the area (a simplified drawing will suffice) will be an asset.
To submit a Quest for uploading to the website: log in to the website; click “ADD NEW QUEST TO WEBSITE”; fill in all boxes in the form; enclose all required attachments; and submit the form. Once the Quest has been verified for completeness criteria compatibility, it shall be uploaded to the website no later than within a term of 14 days.
